SFIP, Ecole des Mines de Douai and SIA organized a workshop on additive manufacturing with polymers

The SFIP (French Society of Plasturgical Industries), INSA Lyon, Ecole des Mines de Douai and SIA organized a seminar in Lyon on March 23rd and 24th, 2016 to take stock of the situation in additive manufacturing with polymers. Additive manufacturing technologies can bring about a real revolution, provided that the right materials can be applied to the various processes in order to ultimately obtain the expected parts. After a review of the achievements of additive manufacturing and its current applications, the conference highlighted the developments and expectations in terms of materials as well as the prospects that these technologies provide for the years to come.Link to the flyer.
