The Journées de la Société Française de Thermique (SFT) on the "rayonnement thermique en milieu semi-transparent" were organized on January 27th and 28th, 2011, at CETHIL in Lyon.
CETHIL's works involve a number of experimental platforms that have been recognized and developed for more than 15 years. These can be used in particular in the context of collaborations or services to other organizations. Emblematic of CETHIL's research, they cover all size and temperature ranges for thermal and energy analysis.

The Biot-Fourier Prize is awarded to the three best scientific papers at the annual congress of the "Société Française de Thermique".
