Jean Muller, Awarded the « Prix de Thèse INSA 2022 » in the field Energy for a sustainable development

Jean Muller, who defended his PhD thesis on 10/19/2021, is the winner of the 5th edition of « Prix de Thèse INSA » in the field « Energy for a sustainable development ». The jury, made up of the research director, the VPs for societal issues and the director of the FEDORA department, highlighted the excellence of his scientific work.

His PhD thesis work, entitled « Experimental study of thermal shock in carbon dioxide », was supervised by Marc Clausse and Romuald Rullière (CETHIL), in collaboration with IRSN Cadarache.

A ceremony to award the « Prix de Thèse 2022 » will be organized on Thursday November 3, 2022 from 2 p.m. (Hedy Lamarr Amphitheater, Telecom department). During this ceremony, Jean will present his background and his PhD thesis work. He will be awarded the prize with a 1000 euros reward. This ceremony will end with a cocktail.
