October 2013: Best student project at SFGP 2013 for Céline Petit
Céline Petit, a research engineer at CETHIL, and previously a trainee at the laboratory, was awarded the prize for the best student project in the engineering schools-masters category at the 14th biennial congress of the SFGP ("Société Française de Génie des Procédés"), which took place in Lyon from October 8th to 10th, 2013.The project, which she presented, was prepared as part of her master's internship and consisted of designing, developing and then characterizing Loop Heat Pipes for the cooling of embedded electronics in the avionics sector. "This project brought together CETHIL, and two industrial partners (ATHERM, heat pipe manufacturer, and ATHERM, final user). The jury, made up of researchers and industrials, as well as the professionals present at this congress, "particularly appreciated the professionalism and investment she has shown in the conduct of her project, as well as the exceptional quality of her presentation."
